Registrations are recorded in \norder of payment arrival.<\/p>\n<p>It is mandatory to subscribe to a complete \"medical assistance\" insurance including repatriation during your stay.<\/p>\n<p>Payment and cancellation policy:<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- Between the 30th and 20th day before the start date of the session: 50% of the price will be \nretained.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Entre le\u00a0<strong>19\u00e8me et le 8\u00e8me\u00a0jour<\/strong>\u00a0avant la date de d\u00e9but de la session:\u00a0\u00a0<strong>80%<\/strong>\u00a0du prix sera retenu.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- From the 7th day until the start date of the session: 100% of the price will be retained.<\/p>\n<p>No refund will be made for any session that is shortened or for any service that is not consumed \ndue to the participant. Participants who have taken out insurance covering these events must \ncomply with the terms and conditions defined by the insurance company<\/p>\n<p>No reimbursement will be made in case of impossibility to make the trip, for lack of presentation of the necessary administrative documents (passport, visa, etc.), or refusal of visa.<\/p>\n<p>No refund or postponement will be made in case of no-show at the time and place of departure, \nwhatever the cause.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>THE PRICE INCLUDES<\/b><\/p>\n<p>- Accomodation in a single room hotel.<\/p>\n<p>- Breakfasts.<\/p>\n<p>- Ground transportation.<\/p>\n<p>- The teaching and workshops in our sessions.<\/p>\n<p>- The contact with the suppliers selected by DISCOVERY Gems.<\/p>\n<p>- The assistance and expertise of an experienced gemologist.<\/p>\n<p>- Application fees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>- The airplane ticket.<\/p>\n<p>- Visa fees.<\/p>\n<p>- Your return taxi transfer from the airport to your hotel selected by DISCOVERY Gems<\/p>\n<p>- Visits, options and additional activities not indicated in the program.<\/p>\n<p>- Lunches and dinners.<\/p>\n<p>- Travel and repatriation insurance.<\/p>\n<p>- The administrative expenses of export and customs clearance of your stones.<\/p>\n<p>- Personal expenses.<\/p>\n<p>- Tips (driver\/assistant\/guide, porter, etc...).<\/p>\n<p>- Exceptional expenses resulting from fortuitous events (strikes, weather, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>CODE OF CONDUCT<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The rules of conduct within the hotels and places of visits will be applicable during all the stay \nproposed by DISCOVERY Gems.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">In case of non-respect of the internal rules or in case of bad conduct (including aggressive \nbehavior, theft, drunkenness, lack of hygiene, indecency, disrespectful behavior towards other \nparticipants and\/or staff of DISCOVERY Gems, (non-limiting list). The concerned participant will be immediately excluded from the session and the stay of DISCOVERY Gems.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">DISCOVERY Gems will not be held to any obligation towards the excluded participant and in \nparticular will not be held to refund neither the price of the training nor the price of the \naccommodation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PARTICULAR CASE OF PURCHASE OF STONES<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The totality of the purchases will have to be entirely cleared before the departure of the \nparticipant.<\/p>\n<p>The costs related to administrative procedures, in particular the export of stones, are the \nresponsibility of each participant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>POSTPONEMENT \/ CANCELLATION OF A SESSION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A session may be cancelled due to insufficient number of participants(1) or in case of force \nmajeure (2)<\/p>\n<p>(1) Insufficient number of participants :<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">DISCOVERY Gems will warn the registered participants at the latest 10 days before the starting date of the concerned session. They will then be offered either to register for a next session or to be fully reimbursed for the amounts paid.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Force majeure: The cases of force majeure include revolt, war, epidemic, natural disasters... \n(non limitative list)<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">In these cases, DISCOVERY Gems will be forced to cancel one or more sessions and will warn \nthe participants registered for the session(s) concerned as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Under these conditions, DISCOVERY Gems will not be held responsible for any cancellation fees \nfor air tickets or any other fees related to the cancellation of a session.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The contents of the DISCOVERY Gems sessions have been carefully prepared to ensure that each \nparticipant receives maximum satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Any complaint regarding a session must be notified in writing by registered mail to GEM SELECTION, 10 Rue de la Paix 75002 PARIS France within 8 days following the end of the training, without this giving rise to any right to reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>JURISDICTION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"DISCOVERY Gems, est une entit\u00e9 de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 GEM INIFINITY Co Ltd, de droit Mauricien dont le si\u00e8ge social est Port-Louis, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00efle Maurice, qui dispense une formation ax\u00e9e sur la transmission de l\u2019h\u00e9ritage du m\u00e9tier des gemmes de la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 la pratique.
